Recently with the release of MIUI 12 we have seen many features that arrived with the update. Mi Share is one such cross device file sharing protocol that was introduced.

Mi Share is a file sharing protocol that allows a to share files between compatible devices from other OEMs. Initially Xiaomi, Oppo, Realme and Vivo were in that alliance.

That means, from a Xiaomi phone running on MIUI 12, you can easily share files with other compatible Oppo, Vivo, Realme and Xiaomi Laptops.

Just after a month of that update, now OnePlus, Meizu and Black Shark also ed in the alliance making it a 400 million base.
